Have we been ripped off?

So, it's been about 3-4 weeks of Tenkai Knights being in Japan, and already, things aren't going well. Happinet is making the japan toys. So? No big deal right? WRONG.

Here's the Japanese toy for Titan Vilius (or DX Vilius) which is Screen Accurate to the show:

Here's the US Spinmaster release Vilius.

Here's Titan Vilius as he appears in the series:


Here's what anyone can see:
-The Japanese version is clearly more screen accurate
-The US version is not as accurate, but you can still tell that it's Vilius.

For example, let's compare Spinmaster Bravenwolf with Happinet Braven:


Is this fake? I kid you not. There are already several videos and commercials on YouTube that clearly show off this. And it's not a good thing. At all. In fact, i'm questioned regarding the fact if this fall's Elemental Figures will even have Screen accurate attributes. What are your thoughts on this?
